If a child traveling to Moldova only has a Russian passport and the accompanying adult has an expired Moldovan passport, obtaining new Moldovan 'white' passports for both is likely necessary for entry. Expedited processing might be available, potentially within a day, but requires specific documents and fees. An expired Moldovan passport might facilitate entry, but having valid documents is preferable. Consult the Moldovan consulate in Moscow for specific procedures and timelines.
