Obtaining electronic signatures

Re-issuing or renewing an expired digital signature (ETsP) in Kazakhstan for a non-resident cannot be done entirely online without visiting a CSC (Public Service Center) or a consular office. The system requires active, non-expired keys for online renewal. An 'IIN not found' error often occurs when attempting to use expired keys or when the foreigner's data is not correctly linked in the database.

If your ECP (Electronic Digital Signature) is not installing correctly on your computer, ensure you are installing the correct software application designed to read and manage the ECP file, not the ECP file itself. You may also need to install additional modules or drivers for the application to function properly. Check the instructions provided by the issuing authority for specific installation steps.

Non-residents in Kazakhstan can obtain an Electronic Digital Signature (EDS) by visiting a Public Service Center (TsON) in person. You will need a USB flash drive to save the EDS files. For certain online services, such as registering an IMEI number via the eGov mobile app, a passport with an NFC chip may be required for authentication. If your passport lacks an NFC chip or you encounter difficulties, the TsON staff can provide assistance.

Non-residents in Kazakhstan may only access Egov services via the website, not the mobile app. Initial login via a browser might require EDS (digital signature) registration, after which app access might be possible. However, Egovmobile may not function for non-citizens. Visiting a ЦОН (Public Service Center) is necessary for EDS, IIN corrections, and mobile number registration.

Accessing lists of patent attorneys on Egov may require an API key ('yourApiKey') and a valid digital signature (EDS). Egovmobile may not be functional for non-Kazakh citizens.
