K-ETA (Korea Electronic Travel Authorization) and the Arrival Card are distinct documents.

If you are visiting friends in Korea, select 'Visit' and provide contact details. Do not hide friendships if asked; immigration officers value honesty. If your travel plans change or you are visiting both for tourism and to see friends, update your K-ETA or select 'Other' and specify both purposes.
