Purchasing tea and coffee

Matcha powder can be purchased at various health food stores, specialty tea shops, or larger supermarkets in Bali. Online marketplaces like Shopee or Tokopedia are also reliable sources for finding matcha products.

In Ubud, Indonesia, 'Chaihana Bukhara' is an Uzbek restaurant that serves tea, potentially fulfilling the desire for a traditional tea house experience.

For purchasing tea on Bali, consider local shops and warungs as alternatives to high-priced establishments like The Chai. Prices may be more reasonable in smaller, less tourist-centric establishments.

For high-quality Balinese coffee as a gift, consider local brands or specific types like Kopi Luwak (though ethical sourcing is a concern) or premium single-origin Arabica from Kintamani or Robusta from other regions. Look for freshly roasted beans from reputable local roasters or specialty coffee shops. Specific brands would depend on current availability and preference, but general advice is to seek out local, high-quality, freshly ground or whole bean options.

For specific coffee brands like Empocoffee, Worcas, or Kenal in Bali, it is recommended to check availability at local supermarkets, specialty coffee shops, or online marketplaces such as Shopee, Tokopedia, or Lazada.
