VIP visa application services

Visa applications for Bulgaria, especially those requiring VIP services or specific appointment slots, can typically only be submitted in Moscow or St. Petersburg. Direct applications from Ekaterinburg might not be possible for certain visa types or services. Appointments, particularly for VIP services, often need to be booked months in advance. Scheduling is usually done via email to the visa center or through specific online portals, with limited availability on certain dates (e.g., the 18th and 19th of each month for some services).

Walk-in slots for the VIP Lounge at the Bulgarian Visa Application Centre (VFS Global) in Moscow are no longer available. Applicants must book in advance by calling +7 (495) 269-22-00. Booking slots for the upcoming month typically open between the 18th and 20th of the current month. It is highly recommended to start calling at 07:00 AM on the release day due to high call volumes and long hold times.

For urgent Bulgarian visa applications submitted through VFS Moscow, be aware that offers for expedited processing at a high cost (e.g., 85,000 RUB for 2 visas in 2 months) might be from agencies, not the official VFS center. Direct contact with VFS via email (infomosbul.com) is recommended for genuine urgent cases. Clearly state the urgency and willingness to use services like the VIP hall. Multiple emails may be necessary. Be skeptical of 'side door' or 'special access' claims by agencies, as official channels are typically bot-driven or queue-based. Visa processing times are currently estimated at a minimum of 5 weeks.

VIP lounge services at VFS Global offices do not expedite visa processing times by the consulate. The service primarily provides comfort during the submission process. Costs are approximately 90 EUR or 17,900 RUB. Appointment availability for VIP slots does not guarantee faster administrative processing.

To book an appointment for the VFS Global Premium Hall in Moscow for a Bulgarian visa, send an email to `infomosbul.com`. Response times vary from immediate (if no slots are available) to 2-3 days. An auto-reply should be received first; if not within 24 hours, resend the email. Persistence is key as slots are limited.

In the VFS Global VIP hall in Moscow for Bulgarian visa applications, staff provide services such as taking applicant photos and assisting with filling out the visa application forms.

The cost for the VIP lounge (referred to as 'priority submission') for visa applications is approximately 5,000 Russian rubles per applicant.

Property owners applying for Schengen visas to Bulgaria from Moscow (non-state company employees) reported receiving single-entry visas for 45 days (valid from July 22) after applying on June 19 through the VIP hall. Flight bookings were submitted for July 20. No SMS or call notifications about visa readiness were received, despite payment for the service; applicants relied on tracking systems.

The VIP hall service at VFS Global for Bulgarian visa applications includes assistance with filling out application forms and other necessary documents. This support is part of the overall VIP service fee.

When struggling to book an appointment for a Bulgarian visa at VFS Global, avoid using unofficial bot services or intermediaries promising "accelerated slots" as these often lead to financial loss and wasted time. A safer and more reliable option for quicker appointments is to use the official VIP lounge services offered by the visa center in major cities like Moscow or St. Petersburg. Contact information for VIP services can typically be found on the official VFS Global website or through trusted community channels.
