A general statement in the cover letter about using online translation services is sufficient. If a bank statement is issued in English but contains a Russian-language bank seal, the seal should ideally be translated. While some applicants have succeeded by only submitting translations, it's generally safer to include both the original document and its English translation.

It is important for all supporting documents to be translated into English. If instructions specify uploading documents separately (e.g., different stamps), it is best to adhere to them, although minor deviations might be overlooked. Unconfirmed email addresses linked to an account can be problematic. Receiving a new visa automatically cancels any previously issued visas.
